Drawing widespread critical acclaim following appearances at jazz festivals throughout the country, Emily’s unique tone brings a new freshness to the swinging sounds of the 1940s and 50s and is more than ably supported by a superb rhythm section that invokes the spirit of the Nat King Cole trio. Featuring well-known favourites such as 'Come Fly With Me' and 'Tea For Two' alongside some more unexpected repertoire from the likes of Blossom Dearie and Billy Eckstine, The Royals put on a show that is as good for dancing as it is for sing-alongs - and is guaranteed to be always toe-tappingly swinging!
